Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancel any time
You can cancel your DEV Team membership whenever you like, from your account page on infinityproblem.com or by emailing contact@infinityproblem.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
No refunds
All membership payments are final and non-refundable. That includes monthly and annual payments, partial billing periods, renewals you forgot to cancel, and content you didn't use. This policy doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
Free trial
If you joined during the free trial, you won't be charged as long as you cancel before November 1, 2026. If you don't cancel, your first $20 monthly charge is on November 1, 2026, and it's non-refundable like any other payment. We'll email you a reminder before the trial ends.
Annual memberships
Annual memberships renew automatically for another year at the then-current price. We'll email you a reminder before the renewal. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the charge.
What you keep after cancelling
- Samples you downloaded while you were a member stay licensed for use in your music, forever.
- Music you made with our plugins, Manifold or samples is yours.
- Plugins and Manifold stop being licensed when your membership ends; please uninstall them.
- Courses, SIM and the catalog are locked again until you rejoin.
Billing problems and chargebacks
If you think you were charged by mistake, email us first; we'll look into it quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute pauses your account while it's reviewed.
If we end your membership
If we close your membership for a reason other than a breach of our Terms, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
